I have "chased" this company for 3 months trying to get a paver quote. Finally got the estimate, which was reasonable, but still being ghosted on scheduling the work. The office is pretty much non-responsive. Finally heard back, and they wanted me to mail a check for 50% and THEN they would schedule the work?? Yeah sure, your ghosting pattern is a warning that if I sent the check, I'd never hear back. Big waste of time with this company. I'm moving on.

I spent an hour with the owner going over my landscape needs. He said he would have an estimate to me in two days. After a few days, I e-mailed to ask where the estimate was and was never answered. I used this company 12 years ago and paid almost $3,000. When a few of the same species plants died, I asked them to replace them. Apparently, they are still holding a grudge over what must have cost them $30.

I couldn't possibly be happier! I had to write a review so everyone can know how great this company is. We had what I consider major work done...a necessary 5' retaining wall to mitigate damage to our pool along with new pavers to replace an old rotten wood deck. There were space constraints, many issues that other people who gave us estimates said were too much to deal with. Mark with LT said no problem to everything we threw at him.
