So far our property manager, chelsey sporer, through landsouth has been incredible throughout the past 5 yrs! Fast response! Very good on communication and helping me with any little problem we had, even the ones on the weekends! Fast process with paperwork/turnaround helping me switch into another place that was closer to family! Everything in the past 5yrs has been awesome. Went from a trailer park to a mobile home with some land, still renting but it's a big plus! Thank you chelsey!
Always a pleasure working with them. Chelsea is quick to respond and on top of things.
This Company is the best!! I recommend everyone to them. Ericka is the best
Chelsey Sporer has been such a wonderful property manager! She is always quick to respond, helpful, and genuinely cares about making sure things are taken care of. It’s so nice having someone who is dependable, kind, and truly cares about what she does. I’m very thankful for Chelsey and all her hard work!
