Absolute horrible company to deal with. They fix up cheap houses cheaply, refuse to make any repairs. We have leased from them for 5 years, and we're just able to buy our house from them. It was an absolute nightmare of a process because they did not want to sell to us because per our contract written 3 years ago...the price we paid for our home was WAY under market value (by over 100k), so they tried everything to make the sale not happen. If you are looking to rent, or lease to own...I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
