I’m extremely disappointed with the insurance—it honestly feels like a scam. When I purchased my Defender last year from here, I paid thousands of dollars for an insurance package that was supposed to cover paint scratches, dents, windshield, and more. When it came time to use the coverage, I was given the runaround with delays and poor communication.
