My car was there for 2 weeks to fix the noise from my wheels, they replaced the front differential with used part and charged me for around $2000 but the noise didn’t stop. I called their manager and brought back the car again for another 3 weeks, they said to fix the issue, we should replace both front and rear differential for $13000. I took the car to land rover Chantilly, their technician said per manufacturer bulletin, we should flush the rear differential 2 x. They did that in 2 days for $500 and the issue is gone. 2025 Update: I decided to sell my Defender and was reaching out to various places to see who would have the best offer. Despite my original review saying I would never return, I thought maybe it would be a bit more positive experience if they could do more serious business with me rather than minor service.
