Mike Paluh is one of my favorite reps in the automotive industry. He is not pushy and very friendly. I’ve been using Mike for over 20 years. He always honest and straightforward. Everything went well including my transaction for closing with Hector which can usually be very stressful. I love my new car thank you again Mike.
This is a great dealership. Gerges Morkos (Service Advisor) is the man! He is responsive, reasonable and takes the time to get to the right answer. I really appreciate the client service he brings.
Mike Paluh was informative, helpful and patient before and sale We had issues with a much higher rate on the loan than we were told but they resolved the issue after the day after the sale. We were initially upset about that but happy with how they fixed it
Landrover Tysons was great! They took care of our truck in record time and delivered really pleasant service at the same time! Recommend them highly!
The worst experience of my life!!! I took my car to trade it in… I have no problems with my car… They took it in the back to look at it, and when they brought it back out, there was a puddle of brake fluid underneath my car and they told me something was wrong with my brakes… There was nothing wrong with my brakes when I took it in there… Also, the car that I Was looking to purchase was $2000 more today than it was yesterday and they would not honor that price… I do not recommend!!!
