Always get an outside opinion when dealing with this service department. Do not trust their service quotes. First service was a good experience but questionable because they promised to give me a call when they had parts in for a passenger seat problem. They never followed up and coming into my next service they told me my warranty expired and fixes have to come out of my pocket. Extremely disappointing experience with the service department. I purchased a brand-new 2025 Range Rover from this dealership (less than 7 miles on delivery), and within 3–4 months began experiencing squeaky brakes. Despite bringing the vehicle in multiple times, the issue is still not resolved. Each visit ends with, “we can’t duplicate the noise,” even though I can reproduce it immediately after leaving the dealership.
