Crawford Atkins (C3) was on my level from the start.. very transparent, upfront and to the point in addition to being a wealth of knowledge on the vehicle in question. I picked out a Range Rover sport and within five minutes he went through the vehicle with me in great detail. Paperwork was fast and efficient, and every request I had, he met. I will definitely be buying from this group again and asking for Crawford by name.
Crawford was my sales guy. He was great. He was always just a text away from any questions I had. Kept me updated thought out the build process. Becky and Michael are always great at the service desk. Excellent staff.
Becky Douin was very accommodating from start to finish. The service department is the face of the brand after the sale which, to me, means so much!
When the guy on the phone said his name was Griffin I said ok we will be there soon. We drove up and he was bringing it up to the front. After my test drive and confirming this was the car for me we went into his office. I spent the afternoon talking and found out I knew him for his time as a young Griffin. I also knew his family. It really is a small world. Griffen was very helpful, patient and kind. He walked through the whole process of purchasing my Land Rover without fail. I wish him all the best in his career.
