I have had a truly fantastic experience with Richard Valdivia, my concierge. I bought the vehicle several years ago, and frankly, it’s my favorite car I’ve ever owned. The worst. You would think being the Land Rover service department that they would know what they’re doing. I’ve had six different rovers. And every time I’ve made the mistake of taking one there at a convenience it always turned out to be a horrible experience.

Su tarifa de mano de obra es más cara que la de otros concesionarios Land Rover a los que he llevado mis coches. El servicio al cliente es excelente, ¡aún no he tenido una mala experiencia! Cobran precios estúpidos por sus coches prestados pasando por peajes, es ridículo.
