Horrible experience here. Bought a car out of state 3 months ago (horrible process itself) and they will not respond back to emails, return calls, to finish sending the paperwork to get the car registered! It’s been over 3 months since I’ve purchased the car and it’s still not registered because they refuse to communicate and get the appropriate documents sent. Extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and horrible customer service.
I don’t recommend Land Rover San Jose. In my experience, they fall far below the standards expected for selling or repairing luxury cars. I’ve lived in eight countries before moving to the U.S., and I always wondered why Range Rover isn’t as popular here as it is elsewhere. After dealing with Land Rover San Jose, I found my answer. Ridiculous! I came to Land rover dealership with the multifunctional gear knob, they charged me 3000$ and presumably fixed it. When I got the car I saw a plastic air intake part on the back seat, they forgot to install it back! I left the place and after driving 5 minutes car shot off on me, I got lucky that I didn’t get into accident! After further inspection I found out that dealership didn’t fasten battery cables properly. Service in this dealership is a joke!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received regarding a coolant leak issue. Before the warranty expired, I had to visit the service center 3 times a year for this problem, but they only topped up the coolant and assured me that nothing was wrong. Now that the warranty is over, another shop found the actual leak. When I returned to the original service center, they denied ever addressing this issue and now want me to pay $350 for an inspection to determine the necessary repairs.
