Unethical. Poor service. I have had the worst overall experience of making a purchase in my life with this dealership. In the middle of our transaction our sales associate left for the day. Huge red flag but my active duty husband was deploying and time was of the essence so we completed our paperwork with another associate and were promised Range Rover level customer service. My wife and I went car shopping here, and we were very pleased up until we went into the finance office. We were very straight forward with the finance team, and let them know that my wife just received a phone call that her grandfather was dieing, and that we would have to leave and comeback with our insurance check from the car that was recently totalled. ****** (Finance manager) was rather persistent and told us that the hard work was done, and we would only be another 2-3 minutes, so we waited. I have had THREE lemons in a row, now I cant even get a call back from Land Rover Consumer Affairs, It was deemed a lemon in July of 2021 and here were are March 2022 and still nothing, thy tried to get me to sign paperwork for amounts that were ****, when i said im not signing they told me I had to weeks to sign or deal is off, i said i am no signing cause your numbers are wrong, they finally went to Land Rover in San Diego and got all the paperwork and told me he thought i had a trade in and were s******* me on the amount,... read more

Michael Brands assisted us at this location and was extremely rude and unprofessional. We had our credit ran and approved for a 2020 P340 model range velar and once it was time to pick up the car, the model was a P250 (20k cheaper model). They were trying to sell us the $56,000 car for $73,000 after taxes, not mentioning that it had a $12,000 custom package that was NOT mentioned at all! & when we asked for an explanation, which we clearly had NO idea about the extra $12k due to us not seeing the car yet, nor the breakdown o... read more
