I’ve been a Niello customer for YEARS - BMW and Land Rover - always top service. But something STINKS now - I’ve brought my 2020 RR in for the SAME problem 3 times and they can’t fix it. Even though they identified the issue as a KNOWN manufacture problem in the wheel bearings/bushings. One more time and I’ll be invoking the Lemon Law (reasonable attempts to repair is 4 according the state).

These vultures are marking up new cars by $20k OVER MSRP as a "dealer market adjustment" during a global pandemic. Never give a dime of your money to greedy crooks like this - if they treat you like this during the sale, imagine how they would treat you when you need service.
Try not to lie to me, face-to-face! I have been a customer since 1986, over 30 years. Everything I was told by Laura and Phillip about the value of my 2007 XK was a blatant lie, leading to your financial gain. Please remove my earlier "favorable review"!

I bought a 2016 Range Rover from Niello. They sold me a car that need work on the gas tank without me knowing. I brought my car in on 11/01/19 and was told it would take a few days to fix. It’s now 11/18/2019 and they still have my car. Never once have they called to give me an update and the Service Manager is not returning my calls.
