We were very surprised by the experience. No lynch mob, no financial person trying to adjust this and that. We all know that experience! BUT this was such a wonderful twist to car buying all together. We walked the lot for a bit, then our salesperson Nate Kavan came out. We were welcomed in with no judgement ( you know what I mean.) Overall, my experience with Jaguar Land Rover has been good, especially because of Alex. He’s always been there when I’ve needed help, and he’s incredibly kind and knowledgeable, which really makes a difference during stressful situations with my car. They do offer some support with transportation, like helping cover a small portion of a rental or calling an Uber, which I appreciate.
