Service Department has been courteous and work hard at satisfying the customer. Although the last service wasn’t very satisfying. There was insulation piece left in the back seat and my back right rim was scratch up pretty bad. Return for service on 5 October 17 and waiting for repairs to be completed.
Great Dealership to work with! The Jaguars are top of the class, from the affordable XE to the all new F-Pace SUV. All of the salesmen are top of the class and the service is just what you would expect from a luxury car dealership!
I have been up here many times dealing with multiple vehicles. Each time Mr. Lee Owens has delivered nothing but excellent customer service. If you have a specific vehicle in mind I recommend you stop by. If they do not already have the vehicle of your choice on the lot it won't take them long to locate one and get it here for you.
Incredible service! Just moved here from Oklahoma City, and was very impressed with this dealerships vibrant employees willing to go above and beyond to help! Ask for Miriam on the service department, and Ben for management!
Me and my husband went here to pay cash for a range rover sport. Wanted to take the car for a few hours to make sure it was the one for us and to make sure I liked it. The manager looked at us like we where complete trash. They treated us like shit just cause we pulled up in a older car. So we took our business to BMW and I now drive a 2017 BMW x5 and love it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They judge you by what you look like.
