Tried to get my vehicle looked at here since our family has recently moved South. I bought my car brand new from the North/Seattle but since that location is three hours away from us now and I have four small children under eight driving that far is not at all convenient. I’ve sent over four emails in the past four months to schedule service and order parts, but I haven’t received a single response. Are they short-staffed? Why can’t anyone respond? I shouldn’t have to call and go through prompts and customer service to schedule service for a luxury vehicle. Mazda and other brands offer better scheduling services than Land Rover. It’s time for you to upgrade your system to stay relevant. Or perhaps you should respond to your emails, since that’s the purpose of having that option available.
The only Land Rover dealer in the PNW with low class energy When you buy a Land Rover you expect land rover quality and SERVICE… that’s why we buy Land Rovers and not KIA’s, don’t expect that quality and service here that’s for sure. This location has used car lot vibes and bad attitudes.
