I want to give a shout out to Mike Mashburn from service, I took in my Land Rover defender and it stayed in the shop for a couple days Mike always kept me in the loop. There was never any uncertainty. His customer service was great.
Crappie service. If I could give 0 star's I would. Mechanical work is not great, to be a dealership. They have very poor service. I brought a vehicle from them, had issues within the first 6 months. The repair was cover under warranty, great. Oh not to mention they had my vehicle about 30 days. But my vehicle was damaged during repairs. Everytime they fix something on my car they break something else. They told me they would replace the damaged parts, than told me the parts was on back order. UPDATE: First time I’ve ever been suckered into a Lemon. I had issues immediately and this dealership had no answers, help or accountability. That vehicle finally broke down this past week (a 2018 Land Rover) after 2 years of problem after problem and a dealership who smiles when you have you want to buy, but the second you drive off the lot - they got you.
