The service experience at Range Rover is extremely frustrating and disorganized. Mistakes are made repeatedly, and when those mistakes are pointed out, you are forced to explain the same issue over and over again, often to multiple people, as if no one is documenting or communicating internally. There appears to be a serious lack of attention to detail and accountability.
