What a great buying experience! Gretzky gave me a call after an inquiry on a used Tesla. Super nice and very informative. We arrived for the appointment to go see the car and as we pulled in the lot my wife saw a color on a new Defender and was in love. Update. I did reach out to Landrover North with the number noted about the situation. I spoke to the manager who told me that I would hear from my service manager. Nothing. what a disappointment. --' I’ve been going to the Alpharetta location since I bought my 2017 Range Rover there, and the service has always been great. We purchased a new Land Rover Sport for my wife. Her old one was a bit over 10 years old and was starting to wear down. The dealership and our sales rep Lennon did a nice job with our trade and the new Rover is beautiful! Wife is loving it.
Service department is responsive, and the work done is quick. However, be aware that the parts department charges a 30% mark up on all parts. If you have an insurance claim, do not take it here as they will increase the cost above what insurance will cover as standard cost of repairs. There is a reason they do not work with insurance companies for repairs.
