My initial visit to Land Rover was extremely pleasant as I was greeted by an amazing staff who listened to my concerns and promised they would look into the issue with my Land Rover discovery upon finding out exactly what was wrong. I was advised step-by-step partnering with my warranty company. My service technician Adam was excellent in communicating each step cost timing and even provided a loaner. It’s always a pleasure working with Adam. He always makes sure my visits when getting my car serviced that any questions I have get answered right away. My overall experience at Land Rover Madison is great. Staff are friendly and helpful especially when I have come in with my daughter!
Evan was incredible! From the whole build process to the finish nearly 5 months later! Super accommodating and knew every possible answer to any question imaginable. Also dealt with my six hour time zone difference for the front bit of this year! 10/10 will be buying another rover from him again!!
