I made an appointment to test drive a Range Rover Sport on 10/30/13. My sales person KB Carney was really knowledgeable and accommodating; however, after test driving the SUV I realized it wasn't for me. I told KB I needed to think about it because the vehicle didn't drive the way I thought it would. I've always driven BMW cars and I wanted something that felt more like a BMW. VERY DISHONORABLE DEALERSHIP. They do not keep there word.
The greatest praise that I have is that you guys did not try to play the finance game by asking how much we would be willing to pay a month for a car and then put us in something that we would not have been happy with as a way of meeting that monthly payment goal. That happened at another dealer (Chevy), and we were not happy.
I think your Bill Jacobs Land Rover team is second to none. I would only buy my next Land Rover from Bill Jacobs. Keep up the great work.
