Land Rover Long Island? (Glen Cove) prides itself on "Outstanding" service. Unfortunately this has NOT been my experience with this dealership. I have had numerous difficulties with my 2011 Range Rover Autobiography, a Special Edition model, and with this dealership. Drive clear of this dealership at all costs - worst service! – Do not buy a car here for the simple reason you might need to get it serviced here. We are leaving the Land Rover family to get an Audi Q7 because we can't image having to deal with their service dept on another car. They take 2-3 times longer than they claim, never have loaners and don't call you to tell you what is going on.
