Big thanks to Bill and the techs. We had just spent the weekend off roading in North Carolina and discovered a coolant leak while on the road with our Airstream in tow. They took care of us immediately without an appointment, replacing a coolant hose that had become brittle with age, and got us back on the highway. I can’t say thank you enough for the excellent experience.
Service tech was friendly and great with communications
Online platform works well for service scheduling but can't seem to connect with anyone since my servicing. An oil leak was identified and I was supposed to be notified of when to come back. I've called, emailed multiple times with no responses. Does anyone still work here?
STAY AWAY — worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This company completely prolongs the wait for cars to be seen in the service department and comes up with every excuse in the book. Totally unprofessional. Do not take your car here. What an absolute joke of a company.
