They made buying my new Range Rover Evoque a very favorable experience. It was very seamless and I felt that I got a very good deal on my new vehicle and on my trade-in. I know some people say that you should sell your car and not trade it. But I did my research, and they came very close to my numbers. They also had good finance numbers. Service department is running like a well oiled machine with new technology that really works. Scheduled service and got an appointment within the week. They planned on 2 days of work but had it completed within 4 hours from drop off. The mechanic uses video sent by text to show you exactly what they did and also suggestions on what needs completed or approved. I’ve had my vehicle serviced here twice now, and both experiences have been great. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It makes the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodating to my needs. With the unforeseen delay, the staff accommodated by delivering my car to my home, since I was unable to retrieve it on my own.
