extremely disappointed with my experience @ Land Rover Columbia. After trading in my vehicle, a payment was still drafted from my account for the vehicle that was no longer in my possession. I have talked to chase financial -who Land Rover continuously blames to be the one who owes… yet I have dates numbers and the facts on how the dealership owes me and just underpaid payoff because before they nailed a check my auto draft acct paid one!!!
