I spoke with Damien on the phone before dropping off my Land Rover truck, and he was delightful. He let me know his hours and when would be the beT time to drop off the truck. During the dropoff, he informed me of items on my warranty like the rental car. I appreciate that.
Hello, I turned my truck in into the bank because I couldn't get any satisfactory service or results from this dealership. The late text alone prompts me to go to the better business bureau. I have always brought my Range Rover to Land Rover for service. After my previous oil change, I noticed an oil leak and naturally took my vehicle back to Land Rover. They had no idea when they could even look at it and could not provide a loaner, so I had to get a rental car. Service was very professional and focused.
This dealership is the worst I’ve ever encountered! Their communication is terrible. They had my car over 14 days, and it’s still not fixed. They claimed to have a “master technician,” but he’s clearly a master of nothing because he couldn’t even fix the problem. This is my fourth Range Rover SVR, and I definitely won’t be getting another.
