Very professional service
My new service agent is very nice and through. I don’t have to go out of town anymore
I dropped my car off before going out of town. While out of town, the rep David Thompson reached out to me to say the car was ready on Friday. I told him I got back in town on Sunday and would pick the vehicle up on Monday. When I got off work on Monday at 5, I called to say I was on my way and didn’t get an answer. I checked the website and it says the service department closes at 7:00 pm. I went to pick my wife up and then got to the dealer around 6:05. Great service. My advisor was upfront with me about wait time which helped me prepare. I was able to work in the lobby while they got approvals needed for some warranty work.
