Had a great experience at Land Rover in Cherry Hill. Had been considering a few different cars but ultimately a deciding factor was the exceptional customer service. My sales rep Adam was very friendly, helpful with great follow up. My first experience with this team was awesome!
We worked with Daniel from the sales floor and had a great experience. We’ve gone to a good number of dealerships and it’s pretty common for the salesperson to not be very familiar with the car they’re selling. They’re always saying “I don’t know off hand but I’ll find out for you”. That wasn’t our experience with Daniel. He was very knowledgeable and took us through all the fun and functional features of the car. He was not pushy and easy to work with. We were very happy with our experience.
The maintenance team is professional and their dealings are very nice. I took my car in because the front sensors were faulty and they were repaired on the same day.
