I didn't (unfortunately) get my car from Cerritos. However, when I had a service reminder on the vehicle they were honest enough to tell me I did not need the service - which saved me a bunch of money. While I was waiting, I spent a lot of time talking to Alex the techy guy - so helpful, Cerritos service team has given me faith back, which was taken from me by the first dealer
