Great vehicles friendly service.
Fantastic customer service. These guys are pros when it comes to making customers feel comfortable and without pressure. I bought a Range Rover with them and everything from document signing, Q&A, price negotiations, and trade-in options was completely seamless. Butter! Props to Erik, Romy, and Peter for the excellent work!
I highly recommend this dealership! the entire staff is great, but huge shoutout to Chad Holland and Rob Hill who made the process of switching from Acura to Land Rover seamless. They worked numerous angles on the payments to make sure that it suited my budget. I can't thank them enough for how great they were, and how easy they made the process. If you're looking into Land Rovers and debating which dealership to go to, stop the search and go to Knauz Land Rover. You won't regret it!
Disappointing Experience Purchased a used Discovery. Was told it had ~1,600 when it really had over 2000 Salesman told us we would get a 7 yr warranty. Finance dept tried to close it as a ‘as is’ sale. They will run you in circles. Caveat Emptor

I bought a new Range Rover Velar. Had it for 1 week when the touch screens / system went out. Took back to the dealer - they have had it since Sat and are saying the part won’t come in from U.K. until the 27th. They are treating it like any other service issue with opening a ticket, ordering part, getting a ship date. I would think they would do a bit more to satisfy a new customer who just gave them 63,000 for a new car I would like to drive in the near future.....highly disappointed.
