My wife brought the car in for service and sue the service rep wants her to Change the brake pads and routers the 3rd time and the car only has 20k miles on it and we got it changed once at 10k miles because she said they were wore out and then once at at 15k miles and now once more at 20k miles, clearly she’s trying to take advantage of a my wife who doesn’t know anything about services. And this is not our first Range Rover it used to be at 15k to 20k miles to change them.
Don’t go even don’t make a appointment very bad service nd all employee are not helping nd good….nd they don’t have any option drop off customer nd car u have to pay ur cab nd its expensive…also they don’t have cust. Lounge
I went into this dealership while waiting to get my windshield replaced down the block. It was a early Saturday morning. After entering I was greeted by Mike Mulcahy. He was friendly and professional. After explaining where I was in the car buying process. Mike showed me to a model outside and allowed me to take it for a test drive. I had an excellent service experience at Range Rover. From start to finish, everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The staff made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I felt like they truly cared about helping me. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the overall positive atmosphere, it made the visit a great experience.
I brought my vehicle in to get my brakes fixed and a oil change three days later I get a call on the phone from Sue explaining to me that I need so and so services to my vehicle from my recognition and my knowledge I had no issues with my vehicle whatsoever besides my brakes and getting an oil change.
