I recently had the 21,000-mile service completed on my Land Rover. The service team was professional and personable, and they offered complimentary Uber rides, which was very convenient. During the visit, I was presented with service package options ranging from $1,800 to nearly $4,000. The entry-level $1800 package listed 26 services, but upon review, 21 of those items (over 80%) were inspections rather than preventative maintenance. Had air leaking out of one of my tires. Mechanic here told me there was a nail in my tire, and that I needed to replace all my tires because they couldn’t patch it. Sounded fishey, so I took it to another shop and it turns out it wasn’t a nail it was a gummy plug that wasn’t done properly. Had it fixed and tires been fine. Wouldn’t trust this place. Always get a second opinion!
