This location has a serious professionalism problem. Management’s attitude toward certain employees and customers makes the environment feel unwelcoming and biased. There’s a pattern of disrespect, favoritism, and a lack of basic courtesy that’s shocking for a brand like Range Rover. It’s hard to trust a business that doesn’t treat people equally or with respect.
Salesman Maverick was very helpful, shooting a comprehensive video for my out of state remote purchase. But Manager Eugene really went above and beyond in making the overall sales and shipping process an excellent experience.
