I had quick cash sale that was important to buyer and seller, we used Land Quest Title and from contract to close was 2 weeks. They were right on top of it, got it done, smooth closing, Happy Seller and Happy Buyer. Thank you Land Quest, I highly recommend them.

DO NOT TRUST THIS TITLE COMPANY TO PAY OFF YOUR MORTGAGE! I closed on the sale of my home a week ago and they sent the wire to pay off my mortgage to the wrong place. My mortgage is still not paid off a week later and they just don't care. They are saying it's my responsibility to see where the wire sent and once they get the money back they will get around to paying off my mortgage.
