Just had a latte from here with my husband. Two sips in, anxiety set it. The drink is delicious and the service was amazing but their espresso is so strong that we are having a mental breakdown.
All the drinks we tried were delicious, and the service was great - barista was very accommodating and took great care to make sure everything was just right!
I ordered a vanilla cinnamon latte and asked if I could please have sugar free vanilla in place of vanilla. The barista then charged me extra for the sugar free vanilla. I asked her after I ran my card if that was a mistake and she said “no, you asked for sugar free and that’s an upcharge, just like premium milk” I understand completely that oat milk or coconut milk costs more than skim or whole, but there is no cost incurred to switching out a syrup flavor.
