If I could give zero stars I would. The staff are plain nasty and rude to the patients. The doctor doesn't seem to care when this is brought to his attention either. He also is adamant about buying frames from his practice and not wanting to let patients use their prescriptions elsewhere. I happen to have been in the medical field for over 20 years and have never seen a worse practice than this one. Very unfriendly staff. Felt like I was being pressured into getting stuff I didn’t necessarily need just to get more money out of me. Won’t be returning

Very disappointing and misleading. I called ahead for pricing on contact exams, with and without insurance coverage. It was very hard to get pricing in the first place. After I went in, the pricing for the same service changed at checkout, when I inquired as to why, I was told it's a different "discounted" price for self payment customers and the service is "full price" with insurance coverage. Land O Lakes Optical by far has been the best place my family and I have gone for our optical health. We have been patients for a few years now and every time we have an appointment we are treated like family. Great service, totally professional, works with our budget and cares about my family’s well being.
