Melanoma skin cancer spreads quickly and can even go into the eye. Lucky me. But 2 years of Nivolumab plus Ipilimumab Immunotherapy treatments have put my brain mets into remission and very quickly helped my Choroidal eye melanoma retinal detachment as well. Dr. Tarabishy has been monioring the retina part of my cancer to make sure it is stable and not progressing. He is a wonderful physician and I recommend him highly.
Our visit was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. courteous and helpful---contrary to some other offices that we have been to..... Dr Tarabishy was very pleasant and explained the upcoming procedure and the necessary follow-up steps very thoroughly. My wife has developed a Macular Hole and they created a late afternoon appointment the same day......They went out of their way to get the referral process started.... I strongly recommend this office.
Dr. Tarabishy repaired my detached retina and cataracts. Excellent doctor.
Dr. Tarabishy, his medical staff and office staff were all excellent. The surgery I had was iffy at best but Dr. Tarabishy pulled it off and now I have 20/20 vision in that eye now. Thanks are not enough but thanks Doc!
Nothing but great and positive feedback I can provide for Dr Tarabishy. He and his staff are wonderful and I am thankful for the care he has provided for me.
He is an exceptional Doctor, and I would recommend him to all! I have been seeing Dr. Tarabishy for over 4 years. My first visit was for an Ocular Occlusion, and it was considered an emergency visit. After numerous tests, he explained in detail what happened to my retina and suggested monthly retinal injections as a course of treatment. I was frightened, but he helped me gain confidence throughout the injections. (I now have an illness that requires LABS every 2 weeks---I would rather go to DR Tarabishy than get those LABS!!... read more
Him and his office staff are friendly and professional. My only issue with the doctor is that he takes too long. Example, my appointment will be at 3:00 but I won’t be seen until around 4:00. I don’t know if they overbook but that’s way too long to wait for a doctor.
When diagnosed with wet macular degeneration and you're informed that the best treatment, initially, is to receive injections directly into the eye, fear consumes a person. Such was my concern, as I had gone to a reputable clinic and experienced the "little pinch" monthly. Family circumstances changed and I investigated and located Dr. Tarabishy. Not only is he brilliant, but very concerned, and let me say that in his care, I experienced no pain, no pinch, no discomfort. His staff takes the time to numb the eyes with drops. ... read more
Over 3 years ago, Dr Taribishy took me on an emergency basis and saw me within 24 hrs for an Ocular Occlusion. He put me through a battery of tests and then explained to us exactly what happened and the best treatment which was monthly retinal injections. I was terrified at first; however, his demeanor helped me calm during the injections. Actually, it is easier than getting blood taken! He has also treated me for Iritis and I am glad he was around to help me get through that painful experience. An outstanding Doctor!
