My husband and I had been talking about buying a home for awhile now, but we were content with waiting until we were in a better place financially and credit wise. Absolutely awful customer service and policies. I do not recommend this company to anybody. When asking for a refund, they take your money and tell you to prove that they took it before they will give it back to you which they say takes two weeks. My wife also tried calling and when she asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on her. I will never use Land Home Financial for anything ever again.

We "were" working with Caleb. At first, everything seemed great. Low closing cost estimate, 0% Down for RD, low payments, what more could we want? Well, communication halted early on when Covid hit so we sort of put everything on hold as we didn't make any offers and want to take chances getting sick. Come later in 2020, we reach out again to restart the process (originally different terms, this is when we got the RD pre-approval). I just received the rudest response from Loan Officer Kim O'Neil due to us choosing a different lender. It was the most unprofessional experience, and I will NEVER be using her or this company ever again.

Worst experience my husband & I have ever had with a lender! Unprofessional, terrible communication, and pulled the rug out from under us at the last minute, changing terms of the agreement on the day we were supposed to close asking for 10% down rather than the standard 3.5%! We later found out much of what we were being told, was not the complete truth. We would not recommend them to our worst enemy! Carla L.

I'm a Real Estate investor. I've had mortgages through many different lenders. Land Home Financial Services has been one of the very worst. Every year they send me a notice that my insurance policy has lapsed and they purchase a policy and bill it to me. Every year I provide them proof that there is a policy in place that has not lapsed. At the end of the year I find that they didn't ever cancel their policy. When I call they say they never received proof of my policy. And then I resend it to them. Land Home sent 2 realtors from *** ****** who were specifically told to knock at my door after 6pm and verify that I live in the house I just bought through Land and Home. They insisted on taking a picture of my drivers license and asking if I lived in this house or rented it out. We have bought many houses through the years and never had our privacy invaded like this.
