WARNING!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM LAND HO!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I have lived in one of there properties for a year now. When we first moved in, we did an initial inspection for things that needed to be repaired and after one year, they are still not fixed. It took over a week for them to have the septic tank emptied, and we lived with the smell of feces that whole week. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Will agree to anything to get you to lease or buy, then magically not hold up to any of the agreements both written and verbal. Make no repairs. Useless staff and owner. No home is a good enough deal to make me tolerate them again.
Proud Client I am shocked with some of the reviews! I am a investor with 5 properties Land Ho manages. After changing management companies 3 times I feel that hiring Land Ho was the best business choice I have done in a long time. I have been with them for over 2 years. I would highly recommend their services, I do understand tenant's sometimes have to write awful reviews since Land Ho doesn't allow them to get away with anything!!!
