We were clear that we were engaging them/him for a boundary map, and paid the invoice for services he described as a "boundary survey." Do not use. This is a scam. They have a fake regus office. We were in touch with some guy named Mike to complete a survey. Paid the deposit and asked to do the work. He never did the work and started asking for the full payment. When I asked to meet in person, the response was "oh come on". This is a SCAM!
