Been here 3 times with client with schedule appointments and all the times waiting over 20min to 30mins once called we had to sit and wait another 1hr didn't talk us through what she was doing finally we figured out she was color matching the plastic piece of the outer part of the hearing aid then she proceeded to walk through usage of hearing aids appointment was at 3pm did not get out til 5pm nice ladies but really need to be mindful of others time that is why appointments are schedule in place I really think that should b... read more

Review would be 5 stars if only her insurance situation was stable - and if only she returned phone calls/emails. Yes, when attending appts w/her - she is amazing - very knowledgeable and thorough. 5 stars there. But - and this is big - the type of insurance that she accepts changes like the seasons. From the time I started w/her it was thoroughly confusing. And recently the list of insurance providers she accepts has gone down to a thin list. I cannot recommend Dr. Land enough. Coming from a nightmare of a previous Audiologist who gave me a lot of false information, it was a breath of fresh air to come to Land Audiology where Dr. Land took the time to explain everything to me in great detail and genuinely seems to care for her patients. I was getting fitted for new hearing aids and she wanted to make sure that I had all of the information in front of me to make an informed decision.
Dr Land is the best audiologist! She helped me solve my problem with water entering my ears when swimming by making me some ear plugs. With these I was able to listen while swimming and I have not had any problems since. I have already visited her twice (to order a new pair) and plan to continue doing so. Thanks for helping me!
