Shady business practices. You appear to sign up for 1 year of service and they auto renew you the following year and show up with out any notification and then expect you to pay for the service. Sent my bill to collections when I refused to pay.
What a ****!!! We hired this company for the seasonal applications plus some extras that were not included in the seasonal price. I saw them several times spreading something, then received a bill for that service. I called stating the crabgrass was still very prevalent and weeds started "exploding" in our landscape. They came out, sprayed spots of crabgrass, and said they would be applying their "pre-emergent weed control' in the next few weeks. Signed up for a promotion last year. They finished the last application and the yard never looked good. They then came out and dropped an application on my yard and expected me to pay $37 for it. When asked why they continued to apply fertilizer, after my purchase of the promotion last year....they told me it was industry standard (like a magazine subscription) and continued to accept my payment before "officially" canceling my "subscription". Shady business practice, beware.
We have had very good results with Land Art . Additionally I have found Land Art to be a good value as well. We will continue to use Land Art because of the good results.
Since I have relocated to my new address in 2014 I have not met the staff personally. Service began just as it had never changed and I needed to phone the company with my name. I was promised an introductory meeting. I have however only talked with them on the phone. This past several weeks i have had several contacts.
