Professional staff. Communicated well
I have used Lancrow Self Storage since 2018 and have never had a single problem. They have been extremely easy to work with over the years and I’m very appreciative of their professionalism and service. Thank you Lancrow!
They went above and beyond for my husband and I. Of course when you are busy there will be some miscommunication and there was between him and I. I thought he was getting the unit, he thought I was anyway it was at the absolute last minute we realized and called. They answered the phone and were so understanding and not annoyed that we were on the phone with them after hours. Can’t recommend them more.
I paid over 100 a month for a storage facility for a minimum of two years, when I went to get my stuff out there was mold in my 5000$ couch, kids toys, bed box frames. Promised they’d handle it. Never did. Would not advise putting your things in any of these. It happened to my mother too. Her location was this one and my location was the one in acton.
