They were professional, courteous and prompt. They were professional, courteous and prompt. We had bought an old lazy boy recliner that was dirty and smelled like mildew. After they had finished it looked like a brand new recliner. I was so pleased with their service that I paid them a little extra. After they left, they realized that I had paid them more than the cost of the service and came back and tried to return the extra. This is the pleasure of dealing with small, family owned companies.
