Exceptional service!! Bought a trailer over the phone and drove from Tennessee to pick it up. Owner met us after hours to make it convenient and the trailer was exactly as described. Treated us like family and we would gladly make the drive to do business with them again.
They posted a trailer for sale on market place and I responded about it and a guy by the name CL Scott got back with us and said they were closed for the day. And they open back up at 9:00am . We ask if we could come see it in the morning and he said yes. Wake up early this morning to see it marked sold and now he blocked my partner . Not a very good way of doing Business!!!
All around 5-Star Establishment. Excellent & friendly sales people, excellent service, smooth transaction, great prices, they even went out of their way to help fix an issue with my hitch. I love my Diamond-C dump-bed trailer!
