Above and beyond the call of duty We were motoring south on I-5 and were only 16 miles from home when there was a loud 'WHUFF!' from under the hood of our '95 Dodge Caravan. All of a sudden, the car didn't really want to go anymore, and people behind us started honking due to the spray spewing out behind us. Under the hood, it looked like transmission fluid everywhere. good but expensive I am not arguing with their work - most likely one of the best shops in the area, but they are definitely not cheap. I don't know too many garages charges $90 for a basic inspection (e.g., looking at belts/hoses/brakes/fluids), but these people sure do!
Fool me once, Shame on you, Fool me twice Shame on me. Read the comments and notice most these people were in an "emergency" situation in which they need immediate car repair. Who wouldn't be satisfied with someone who fixes your broken car. (Thus 5 star ratings?) Your comments are meaningless. Great job done, Lance's!!! I was frantically trying to get to my sons soccer game when all of a sudden my car started making silly noises under the hood, of course! So I was by Lance's and pulled in. The wait was under 15 minutes. They took a quick look and fixed the problem for me all in about 45 min! I was a little late to my sons soccer game, but i am forever grateful for Lance's!!
Best auto shop in the area Ive been taking my car to Lances for at least 6 years now and they have been amazing every time. They are very nice and always charge honestly. Ive wondered about something weird with my car a couple times and brought it in for them to check it out. For free they have taken a look and told me everything looks normal. Great Auto Repair Lance's does great work at a fair price. Being a woman, it is important that I feel treated with respect and not be taken advantage of. They treat everyone fairly. They have saved us money.
Great Service Lance's always provides great service and competitive prcing. We have an emergencies that he took care of the same day. We take both of our vehicles to be serviced here.
Great Job! Lance and his employees were great. We needed someone we could trust since we are from out of town and we were referred to Lance. He did a wonderful job on our car and tried to give us the best value on parts we had to use. I would highly recommend him!
