I Booked a dryer outlet install with Nathan. They called me twice to reschedule. I guess they're very busy? When they were finally booked to show up-they didn't. They didn't call either. I had to follow up with them, they said they were way behind schedule. Nathan called once, left a message and then ghosted me. I used another local company who understands schedules and customer service.
