Excellent - Dr. Chaldecott takes as much time as necessary and explains everything completely. He has always been extremely caring & makes me feel very comfortable. He is always very patient & willing to make sure I understand everything.
Dr. Chaldecott always listens very carefully to my questions and answers them in terms that I can understand. He is very concerned with my health and well being. My appointments never feel rushed, and I always feel that I know all that I need to know, to take care of my medical issue.

Why will they not tell you this will never end. surgery after surgery. once you operate on your spine it’s all over.
Dr Chaldecott was very professional, showed me my x-rays and MR explained everything and treatment options. I had a lumbar fusion he talked about what to expect answered all questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him very empathetic and understanding. I feel like he gave me my life back. The office staff was also very helpful I received a bag with all the information I needed prior to surgery The date for surgery and a date for a for a post op visit .
Lance was the best! Well informed and did an outstanding job with informing me before, during and after my surgery! A true professional! Thank you Lance!
