Called Lance out to look at our Hot Water tank that I had concluded that it was going to have to be replaced....but Lance replaced a connection and had it fixed within 15min...pretty sure he just saved me the cost of replacing it....we have used Lance before and are completely satisfied with his abilities to solve plumbing problems....I recommend him without reservation.
We have used Lance for our current and previous home, as well as our rent house. Always quick to respond, honest & reasonable. Has helped over the phone with questions too! Great company.
