The woman who answered the phone on 3/22/24 is extremely incompetent. I called trying to schedule an appointment with Lance Taniguchi for my child because I seen that he is a provider with my insurance. The woman said they don’t take my insurance but I verified with my insurance company and they confirmed he is a provider. I called back and asked to speak with someone who actually knew what they were talking about and she had me on hold for over 5 minutes so I gave up. Too bad they have dummies answering the phone.

Dr Taniguchi was wonderful with our baby from birth onwards. He has great demeanor about him, he’s friendly and very knowledgeable.
