I do not recommend Dr. Bear. While making an appointment with Dr. Bear I was placed on hold for 35 minutes and then suddenly transferred to a call center at exactly 5pm when the clinic closes. The call center told me they could not help and hung up. This is unacceptable.When I complained to the nurse and Dr. Bear they became confrontational. Fabulous. Did bilateral hip replacement on me. Thank goodness. I have my life back thanks to Dr. Bear.
cant leave one because nobody answers the phone and when they do, I get transferred (4 times) So so far your service is horrible. My name is Darcy, I have no problem letting you know who I am. Our healthcare system is a joke. My child will go elsewhere, but its usually the same b.s, different doctor. And nobody wants to listen to the covid crap anymore. the joke is over now. move on.
My wife had hip replacement and a year later shoulder replacement by Dr. Bear. Both went very well. She recovered well and has no pain. Very pleased with the surgery and the care by Dr. Bear. I would recommend him very highly. He is one of the kindest caring doctors I have ever met. Also the staff at his clinic are kind and caring too.
