BUYER BEWARE!!!! I was showing a property to my Buyers at a property I was approved to show from 11:15am-11:30am. Seller/Listing agent DID NOT allow overlapping showing. Lance Chayet and his wife Barbara showed up at 11:20am and began to ring the door bell several times. Lance is what you would call snake. We were looking into buying my first home, very big and exciting decision. At the first meeting, Lance was pleasant but I could tell he has an agenda, as expected he tried to sell us. We put down a reservation and let him know we would be moving forward with an agent to represent us. This is when things got really ugly.
