Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? It was some of the best pricing I have seen Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Yes, I had a clear understanding of my pet's condition Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

I found the receptionist VERY rude and unproffesional. They do not know how to operate a multi~line phone. Resulting in being hung up on everytime you call and are "put on hold". I made 3 calls that I was "put on hold". When some one finally talked to me. I was talked to in a degrading manor. When i explained she needed treatment that day i was told if I wanted her to be seen that day I should have called sooner. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
