Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
