I have been a customer for quite a while. Always paid on time fully. guess that they no longer care about the people who have to work during this whole pandemic. I called for an appt for one of my dogs. since I work full time I always went on Saturday. I was told there are no more Saturday appt.maybe I should look at other veterinary offices if I need Saturdays. Very rude.

I had recently acquired to kittens from a friend who took them their to get their first set of shots. I needed paperwork stating that the kittens got their shots before I could fix them. I called and the office staff was very pleasant and was able to get me the information I needed quickly. I'm not sure how the vet is but the staff did seem really friendly and up beat. Thanks for the help
I LOVE this vet! My animals are my children, and I would never tolerate any disrespectful or ignorant individuals helping them with any of their health care needs. I was shocked to see that anyone would give him anything other than a stellar rating. The entire staff has always been courteous, kind, and have all shown amazing levels of empathy for me and my animals. Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
I was amazed by the last reviewer's comments. I have been going there for 4 years (after years of going to many different vets who lacked empathy among other things and who's staff's customer service was insensitive and snobbish) and have never had a bad experience with anyone there. Dr. Anderson is a genuinely good person and very caring and intelligent, his staff of assistants and receptionist have always been overly friendly and helpful with anything that I needed.
