Do not move here!!! The property manager Pam is soooo unprofessional!!!! She talks to the kids at the pool any kind of way and she is very combative with her tenants! They are soooo unorganized!
I've lived here for almost 2 years the office staff very attentive and professional never had any problems anytime I need a repair done within 24 hrs top. If u ask will I renew heck yea👍🖒👍🖒
I swear Lancaster Urban Village is the most trashiest apartment complex ever ! Reported mice running around like they pay rent to the front office all the manager advise was that it wasnt any mouse traps available go buy my own and to wait till Friday till pest control come out � ...mam do u not understand this place is infested with mice but u want my rent on time � !! Management sorry as hell don't move into these apartments!!!
