Really wanted to like this place. Close by my job, local and friendly. Even with the language barrier. However after asking for a price i dropped off my loose wheels and tires to be swapped. When I picked them up he all if a sudden wanted $40 more. When I asked why he explained the quote did not include valve stems. Ok sure . But $40 for $4 worth of stems is ridiculous.
